Everyone has pain points when it comes to achieving full body wellness. I’ll work closely with you to help identify and overcome your triggers.
Since achieving wellness is more than just diet and exercise, I'll be guiding you toward understanding other helpful practices such as mindfulness training, self care, and more.

What is Holistic Nutrition?
Holistic Nutrition is the natural approach to health that looks into the mutual connectedness of nutrition, lifestyle, and environment. It is the goal to promote wellbeing and prevent disease. It essentially encourages you to focus on your whole health and not just a small piece of it. As a Holistic Nutrition Coach, it is my job to guide you through this journey and help you achieve your health goals.
How often should I schedule sessions?
How often you schedule sessions will depend on your level of readiness, time commitments, and the level of support you need. I would recommend scheduling sessions for at least twice per month.
What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is the ability to be fully aware moment-by-moment of our thoughts, feelings, and our environment. To see them without judgement, but with gentle thoughtfulness.
What diet do you recommend?
This can be difficult to answer. I don't believe in diets but in lifestyles. I am an advocate for a Plant-forward lifestyle and when possible incorporating intermittent fasting. Does this mean you have to follow this? Absolutely not. Everyone is different and some things work better for some than others. My job is help you figure out what works best for you.
